Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Hotel Manager at Hotel Naman Heights, a unit of Dishi Resorts Private Limited. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling budgeting, and coordinating sales and food & beverage services.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years + experience in Front office, F&B or Housekeeping as a manager.
• Ability bring along a team of required staff for the hotel.
• Customer Service, Sales, and Receptionist Duties
• Budgeting and Financial Management skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Compensation & Perks
