Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate activities of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and conference facilities.
Oversee guest relations, ensuring prompt, courteous, and personalized service to all guests, addressing complaints and special requests efficiently.
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, fostering a cooperative and service-oriented team culture.
Plan and organize accommodation, catering, and event services, ensuring smooth execution of business meetings, conferences, and family functions.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, conducting regular property inspections and implementing necessary improvements.
Collaborate with suppliers, travel agents, and local businesses to enhance guest experience and hotel offerings.
Uphold the hotel's reputation for cleanliness, safety, and value, as reflected in guest feedback and reviews.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, customer service excellence, and hospitality best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and use of hotel management software is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and make effective decisions under pressure.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Marathi or Hindi is an advantage.
