Hotel Manager | Rourkela N

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance • Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and increase revenue • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel premises • Monitor and control expenses within budget guidelines • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new customers • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements: • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role • Excellent leadership and management skills • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in hotel management software • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: This may be a third party hiring as we fetch hiring information from third party portals.
