Job Description
Waitakere Resort & Spa is a 28 room resort located in a unique rainforest setting in the Waitakere Ranges, West Auckland.
With three conference facilities we cater for Corporate conferences for groups of up to 70 delegates. The Resort also caters for weddings and functions of up to 70 guests and leisure accommodation domestically and international.
The Resort has an upmarket Restaurant which is popular with leisure visitors, serves High Tea on the weekends and caters to special occasion functions. There is also a Spa facility providing massage and beauty treatments using pure Fiji product.
As Hotel Manager you will be passionate about coaching your team to deliver excellent service to our guests. You’ll bring strong financial acumen enabling you to manage the hotel budget and the ability to yield to maximise room revenue. You will need a proven record in food and beverage management and be able to demonstrate success in building a strong team and achieving results both financial and in guest experience.

You are pragmatic and ambitious with resilience and a can do attitude. You are keen to lead an exciting Resort that embraces these attributes and works collaboratively.
