Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to manage our portfolio of Airbnb properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of property management, from guest communication and booking management to property maintenance and marketing. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Communication & Management:
Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage all bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all guests.
Property Operations & Maintenance:
Coordinate cleaning and turnover services between guests.
Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
Maintain an inventory of supplies (linens, toiletries, etc.).
Listing & Marketing:
Create and optimize Airbnb listings with compelling descriptions and high-quality photos.
Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new bookings.
Administrative & Financial Management:
Track and report on key performance metrics (occupancy rates, revenue, guest reviews).
Manage expenses and create monthly financial reports.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and Airbnb policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Airbnb's platform and other property management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed.
