• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc.)
• Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards and local regulations
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships (laundry, maintenance, supplies, etc.)
• Implement hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
• Prepare and present reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and develop guest loyalty programs
• Maintain a strong presence in the hotel lobby and public areas to engage with guests and staff
