The Permanent Part-Time Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring financial transactions and records for accuracy and compliance with business procedures.
Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial and system records.
Completing routine records and reports related to trading and revenue.
Accurately rolling out the end-of-day process and handling cash/daily balances.
Providing general reception duties, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and phone inquiries.
