• About the Client
Our Client is a leading hospitality company in Oceania Region with 40+ years of association with global hotel brands including IHG, Accor & Hilton.
Their investment & expertise range from Construction, Ownership & Management of diverse hospitality assets such as Hotels, Event Centres, Serviced & Residential Apartments.
• About the Role
The Night Auditor’s role is to perform the Night Audit & Reconciliation work for the Hotels using the Property Management Systems and related documents and records.
The tasks involve checking the daily cash reconciliations and other night audit reports, checking individual folios daily and ensuring that charges & payments have been correctly applied, checking the various codes used, and ensuring that the direct bill accounts are charged correctly.
• KRAs
• Night Audit
- To Checks front office Cash & credit card reconciliations with cashier reports and settlement slips daily.
- Check various adjustments and postings done by the front desk for the day and verify the same for accuracy.
- Audit the PMS system daily for charges posted, packages and codes applied, payments applied.
- Ensure that documentary support is available for any guest refunds, FOCs.
- Verify direct billing accounts with Travel Vouchers for the correct posting and routing.
- Ensure that same-day cancellations and no-shows have been charged to the credit card and if not, flag such cases.
- Resolve and system or posting related issues of the property team.
- Update the Audit report weekly/monthly with observations and supporting & follow up on the pending action items.
- Review PM Accounts, Open folios, and direct bill accounts for any discrepancies.
- Check advances settlement, credit limits authorisations and variances for reporting.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
• Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Night Auditor for Star/Branded Hotels
- Excellent knowledge of Hotel PMS
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to articulate correctly and precisely.
• Preferable/Beneficial:
- Experience in working Opera, Skytouch, IDS, OnQ, Marshall or similar platforms.
- Accountants or Auditors with Hotel Management background.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
