Responsibilities
• Champion Business Excellence by driving the hotel's financial success and guest satisfaction through exceeding key performance indicators, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to develop revenue-generating strategies, and staying ahead of market trends and seizing new opportunities.
• Lead with Vision by inspiring a culture of excellence, providing strong leadership to all team members, monitoring and developing team member performance, particularly the executive team and department heads, and fostering a workplace where every team member thrives and contributes to the property's collective goals.
• Elevate Guest Experience by managing operations with a keen eye for detail, monitoring guest feedback, and implementing improvements as necessary to exceed guest expectations, delivering exceptional service to ensure every guest leaves with a desire to return.
Requirements
• Prior Hotel General Manager experience with strong operations knowledge.
• Success in driving commercial returns and revenue.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Solid grasp of financial management principles and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
