What you’ll do
Responsible for making hotel reservations worldwide.
Liaising with suppliers & hotels for request of rooms as per customer's requirement.
Providing Sales support for hotel bookings for B2B and retail customers.
Ensuring Quality check on each booking.
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 2-4 yrs of exp in backend hotels Fulfilment division.
Good working knowledge of hotel terminology etc.
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
Willingness to work in UK shift.
