Job Description:

This role requires a strong understanding of hotel operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless implementation of brand service strategies and standards across our franchised hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the brand service vision and standards for franchised services.

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, resolving conflicts and building positive relationships to achieve expected results.

• Analyze information and evaluate results to strategize the way forward, presenting data insights to senior management.

• Provide guidance and feedback to help individuals develop and strengthen the skills and abilities needed to accomplish work objectives.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an individual with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or 8+ years of experience in the Hotel Industry in Operations. Key competencies include basic computer skills, mathematical reasoning, oral comprehension, reading comprehension, and writing.
