Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Operations Manager to join our team at Quorum Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our operations department, you will provide critical support to ensure the smooth running of our properties nationwide.
Your Role
Operational Support: Provide operational, analytical, and task force support to help ensure our properties run smoothly.
Data Analysis: Aggregate and disseminate KPIs for the portfolio, providing insights to key stakeholders.
New Property Acquisitions: Support new property acquisitions, assisting in task force operations during onboarding.
System Implementation: Train and implement new vendor and technology platforms.
Compliance Tracking: Maintain records for risk management, capital projects, and compliance tracking.
Requirements
3+ years of hotel operations experience is required.
Experience as Assistant General Manager or task force preferred.
Exposure across multiple hotels and brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG, is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2 to 4-year college degree is a plus.
Must be proficient with Windows operating systems and PMS/POS systems.
