We are just 2.5 hours away from Mumbai, 1.5 hours from Pune and 45 mins from Lonavala. We are spread across 3 acres of area, have 3 types of accommodation and currently have 7 keys/ + rooms along with the banquet and restaurant facility.

Position Overview: 'The Hotel Operations Manager' oversees property operations, guest management & cost optimization through efficient departmental functions & exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all operations departments (F&B, Kitchen, FO, HK, Purchases, Maintenance, Garden, Security) and Guest Management
4. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments
2. Collaborate with management and other team members to ensure exceptional guest service
3. Conduct regular meetings, training and grooming checks for staff to ensure exceptional performance.
5. Manage purchases, vendors and lead cost savings project for each department
6. Encourage team collaboration and communication
7. Be available on-call 24/7 to resolve urgent issues.

Educational Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality
Experience In Years: 5 to 8 years
Industry Experience: Hospitality Industry
Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi
Skills & Personal Attributes:

2. Proficient in MS Word/ MS Excel/Google Sheet/ Google Docs
3. Highly motivated & well groomed
4. Guest Centric Approach
5. Prior experience as Property Manager/ Duty Manager/ Ops Manager
Fixed Pay (Monthly): Rs. 28,000- 40,000
Variable Pay (Monthly): Not Applicable
Accommodation:Shared Accommodation Provided
Meals: Meals provided.
