Job Description
As a Steward Team Leader at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Food and Beverage department.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supervising and training stewarding department colleagues to ensure excellent service standards.
Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the resort.
Ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly cleaned and maintained.
Attending meetings and communicating effectively with colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
