Hiring : Project Managerial Consultant (PMC) – Hospitality Venture
We are looking to hire an experienced Project Managerial Consultant (PMC) for our upcoming hotel venture. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from design and drawings to execution and final completion—ensuring smooth coordination across all stages in a cost-effective and result-driven manner.
This role requires strong industry exposure, established relationships with hotel brands, and the ability to identify the right partners, consultants, and vendors to maximize project value and returns.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the project from conceptual design to completion
• Coordinate with hotel brands and industry leaders for strategic planning
• Lead design review & conceptual pricing
• Selection, negotiation & management of
• Design consultants
• Contractors & vendors
• Liaison with all relevant departments & authorities
• Conduct site assessments & building studies
• Perform cost analysis and value engineering
• Prepare and monitor :
• Project budgets
• Construction schedules
• Implement project management controls
• Ensure quality compliance with design & brand standards
• Support operations planning and pre-opening activities
Mandatory Requirements
• Master’s degree (relevant discipline preferred)
• Fluent in Hindi & English
• Minimum * years of experience in the hospitality sector
• At least 5 years in a similar leadership / designation role
• Proven experience with reputed brands & big industry names
Desired Skills
• Strong negotiation & leadership abilities
• Expertise in cost optimization & ROI maximization
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Ability to identify value-added opportunities
• In-house capability for detailed cost management
