Hotel Purchasing Clerk
About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Receiving Clerk to join our purchasing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality products from vendors, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with department heads to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
**Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and negotiate prices.
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors.
Analyze sales data to inform purchasing decisions and optimize stock replenishment.
**Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant purchasing with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
