Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team at Rosewood Hotel Group. As a key member of the hotel's purchasing team, you will be responsible for procuring high-quality goods and services while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
Procure goods and services from approved vendors, ensuring quality, quantity, and price meet hotel standards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate prices and secure preferential treatment
Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for cost savings and develop solutions
Monitor and analyze purchasing data to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement with a focus on hospitality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
