About the Role: As a Front Office Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and support during their stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Check-in/Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and effectively, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed correctly
• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization at all times
• Communication: Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
