• Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a luxury experience from arrival to departure.
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to resort policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest feedback using the property management system.
- Manage reservations and provide assistance with bookings for the Resort Near Ahmedabad through online and offline channels.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Visamo Nalsarovar Resort, upholding the image of the best resort in Gujarat through impeccable service and professionalism.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently, always prioritizing guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with promotional material.
- Stay updated on the resort’s offerings, events, and policies to provide accurate information to guests.
• Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort in Ahmedabad or Gujarat.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
