Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with efficiency and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a positive, helpful attitude.
Check-in/check-out guests, process payments, and issue room keys.
Manage guest bookings and room assignments using the hotel’s reservation system.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing accurate information and assistance.
Handle guest complaints and requests, escalating issues as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Keep accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest feedback.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
