Description
WE ARE A THREE STAR HOTEL IN BANGALORE. WE REQUIRE A FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT WHO HAS TO FOLLOW
THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:
1. Greet guests with a smiling face check them in, and answer any questions they may have.
2. Collect Reviews from guests.
3. Responsible for managing room reservations and ensuring that guest are assigned to the correct room type based on their preferences.
4. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
5. Make outgoing calls to confirm reservations or follow up with guests.
6. Handle the billing process for guests, including taking payments, issuing receipts, and reconciling payments at the end of each shift.
7. Provide guests with information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions. They may also assist guests with booking tours, transportation, or restaurant reservations.
8. Handle guest requests, such as arranging for extra pillows, towels, or other amenities.
9. Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and billing information.
10. Handle paperwork related to guest complaints, lost and found items, and other issues.
11. Handle on line booking platform and maintain a daily record.
12. Should be hardworking as we have a duty time of 10-11hrs.
13. Should have high convincing power
14. Have to collect reviews from guests.
15. Any innovative thought process is appreciated.
NOTE:
YOU HAVE TO VISIT CORPORATE OFFICE WITH OUR TEAM 2-3 TIMES A WEEK.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
