Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.

• Manage and coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments and meetings.

• Maintain and update office records, including files and databases.

• Handle inquiries and provide information regarding services and company policies.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

• Collaborate with other staff members to support office operations and enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
