We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Guest Services Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our property, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check guests in and out with care, efficiency, and a professional, friendly manner.
Manage bookings in person, over the phone, and online – updating the reservation system accurately and promptly.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide helpful information to enhance their experience.
Process payments and issue receipts with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist guests with any issues or special requests, ensuring timely solutions and excellent service.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of reliability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Calm under pressure, with great problem-solving abilities.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Basic computer literacy and confidence using booking systems (training provided).
Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Available to cover staff absences, sometimes at short notice
You must currently be eligible to work in New Zealand.
