Job Description
Nitmiluk Tours Pty Ltd (NTPL) is seeking a skilled Hotel Receptionist to join our team on Gorge Road, Katherine, NT. This is a full-time role, where you will play a vital customer-facing position, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and checking in/out guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handling inquiries and bookings, both in person and over the phone
Assisting guests with their requests and resolving any issues that may arise
Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is always presentable
Processing payments and handling cash and card transactions accurately
Providing recommendations on local attractions and activities
Collaborating with the wider hotel team to ensure a seamless guest experience
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Proficient in using hotel management software and office applications
A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
