Job description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The role involves managing front desk operations, welcoming guests, handling check-in/check-out, answering queries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocations.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
Maintain accurate records and cash/credit transactions.
Requirements:
Previous hospitality/front desk experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic computer and hotel management software.
Ability to work in 12-hour rotational shifts.
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
