Job Description:
Guest Experience Specialist: Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting and welcoming guests, managing registrations, and addressing inquiries and issues promptly
Registration Coordinator: Efficiently handle reservations, confirmations, and necessary documentation, ensuring seamless check-ins and minimizing wait times
Amenity Promoter: Upsell hotel amenities, such as dining options and spa services, to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth
Problem Solver: Approach challenges proactively, anticipating potential issues and addressing them before they affect the guest experience
Team Player: Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests
Requirements and Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in guest service
Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Infor HMS, SRH preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in handling cash, credit card transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest information, reservations, and payments
Familiarity with basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
