Hotel Reservation Operations Leader
Key Responsibilities:
We oversee Horizon and RCI booking operations, including new member onboarding, welcome kit dispatch, and booking fulfillment.
We manage hotel reservation workflows across internal systems and open channels.
We coordinate with internal teams (sales, IT, finance, legal) and external partners to ensure service-level adherence.
We oversee a distributed team, ensuring productivity, training, and performance tracking.
We drive partner management and alliance development, including onboarding, invoicing, and issue resolution.
• We optimize processes through automation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Background:
• 7+ years in hotel reservations, OTA operations, or hospitality partner management
• Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional coordination
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, booking platforms, and service SLAs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
