This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Hotel Reservations Coordinator. You will be responsible for managing client reservations, processing bookings, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless hotel operations.
• Process client reservations and bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment methods and credit card verification.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Upsell additional facilities and services to clients when applicable.
• Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms meet guest expectations.
Essential Qualifications:
• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
• Experience with hotel reservations software, such as Easy PMS.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
