1. Handling of Inbound reservation Enquiries with complete focus on conversions and assisting guests till check out (If required)
2. Handling of OTA Portals (Booking.com, MMT, Air BnB etc.)
3. Coordinating with the Ops & Accounts Team
4. Preparation of MIS
