Job Title: Duty Manager
Job Description
You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with international hospitality standards.
The Duty Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at a hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the management of the Front Desk team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Monitor and control departmental expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage conflicts or issues that may arise during the shift, utilizing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years work experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in a hotel.
• Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.

Hotel Revenue Manager | Spectra Hospitality
Experience: 7–10 years, with recent tenure in an upper-upscale or luxury hotel environment.
Location: Gurgaon (Head Office)
Type: Full-time | Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM
Spectra Hospitality is growing rapidly across India with a portfolio of white-label managed hotels and asset-managed properties . To fuel our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Senior Revenue Manager who can drive strategy, strengthen processes, and unlock topline performance across diverse hotels and resorts.
What You’ll Do
• Lead multi-property revenue management across Spectra’s managed and asset-managed hotels.
• Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to design dynamic pricing strategies .
• Drive channel optimization (OTAs, CRS, GDS, brand.com) to achieve the optimal business mix .
• Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership.
• Collaborate with GMs, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.
• Support pre-opening hotels with positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies.
• Introduce scalable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks for revenue and asset management.
• Mentor property-level executives and strengthen internal commercial capabilities .
What We’re Looking For
• 8–10 years’ experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
• Proven record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
• Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property GMs.
• Comfortable working in both entrepreneurial white-label models and structured asset management environments .
