We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Grand Pacific Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain all guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and ensuring overall cleanliness.
Restock and replenish supplies as needed.
Maintain the organization and appearance of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and amenities.
Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hospitality.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
