Hotel Sales Director
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at Aveda Hotels. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize room sales and hotel services.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Oversee room sales operations to ensure optimal occupancy rates and competitive pricing
• Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to secure business for the hotel
• Manage Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) sales, collaborating with clients to deliver exceptional experiences
• Conduct venue visits with potential clients to showcase hotel facilities and services, highlighting unique selling points
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best rates and services for events and hotel operations
• Perform regular field visits to engage with clients, assess market trends, and identify new business opportunities
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt sales tactics accordingly and maintain a competitive edge
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
