Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to promote hotel services within the 3/4-star category.
· Maintain strong relationships with Travel Agents (TA) and Tour Operators (TO) across India.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets for hotel bookings and events.
· Conduct sales presentations and site visits for clients and partners.
· Extensive travel (3 weeks per month) across India to meet with clients, agents, and potential customers.
· Regular reporting and coordination with senior management.
Requirements:
· Age: 25-35 years
· Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, specifically in the 3/4-star category.
· Industry Experience: Must have experience in handling Travel Agents (TA) and Tour Operators (TO).
· Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to work independently and drive results.
· Willingness to Travel: Extensive travel required (approximately 3 weeks a month).
· Location: Based in Kolkata or Jaipur, with frequent travel across India.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
