Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Hotel Sales Executive to drive business growth and enhance our market presence. Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities within corporate, travel, and leisure markets.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and occupancy goals.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Property Promotion: Showcase property facilities, services, and promotions to potential clients through presentations and site visits.
Coordination with Operations: Work closely with front office, reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and successful execution of sales commitments.
Requirements
Qualification: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
Experience: Freshers with a hospitality background or up to 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related role.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Enthusiasm: A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel and represent the property at industry events and client meetings.
