Detail Looking for a potential candidate for the profile of Client Servicing and Business Development. The candidate should have 1-5 years of experience and be confident enough to lead the sales and marketing division independently. The candidate should be flexible, secure, self-motivated, performance-driven, and most importantly an excellent communicator. The ideal candidate should be a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
• You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
• Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
• Develop Market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects.
• Make strategies related to marketing, Sales, and review.
• Act responsible for the conversion of potential leads and review on a monthly basis.
• Design a 30 60 +0 days plan and self-drive the marketing and sales activities.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degrees in Business, Marketing, Events, or Hospitality Industry.
• Having a Master's Degree in a similar field will be an advantage Key Skills Required.
• Proficient in MS office, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exhibits excellent interpersonal and customer service (Communication) skills.
• A flexible and Practical approach to work.
• Is familiar with the working pattern hospitality industry
