Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel agencies to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, revenue management, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify areas for growth.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on hotel products, services, and pricing to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in hotel sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Knowledge of local market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.
