As a Hotel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales for our properties and venues. You will work towards achieving assigned revenue targets and will be eligible for a sales bonus based on performance. We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual with 3-4 years of relevant experience in banquet, event, or hospitality sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and actively pursue hotel sales opportunities.

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals within company guidelines.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.

• Maintain client relationships to secure repeat and referral business.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.

• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• 3-4 years of experience in banquet sales, event sales, or hospitality sales.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as per business needs.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Knowledge of the Mumbai market is an advantage.
