(Hotel Experience ONLY — Hotel Sales, Room Sales)
Corporate Sales Development
• Drive corporate sales growth by identifying, targeting, and converting potential business clients, including companies, MNCs, organizations, and travel management agencies.
• Develop corporate rate agreements and build strategic partnerships to increase recurring business.
Room Sales & Revenue Growth
• Manage room sales strategy to maximize occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
• Work with revenue management to create dynamic pricing models based on market demand.
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) Sales
• Promote and sell hotel facilities for corporate events, conferences, and banquets.
• Coordinate end-to-end event requirements with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
Hotel Corporate Contracting
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms aligned with hotel revenue goals.
• Ensure timely contract renewals and relationship retention.
• Corporate Client Relationship Management
• Maintain long-term relations with key corporate accounts and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular client visits, networking events, and follow-ups to generate repeat business.
Market Analysis & Business Development
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
• Prepare market intelligence reports and recommend sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Strategy Design & Implementation
• Develop and execute corporate-focused sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Create promotional packages and campaigns targeted at corporate segments.
• Internal Team Collaboration
• Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Banquet, Food & Beverage, and IT teams to ensure operational readiness for corporate bookings and events.
• Reporting & Metrics
• Maintain sales pipelines and update CRM systems regularly.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports with clear KPI tracking.
Requirements & Skills
• Must have prior hotel sales experience (minimum 4–6 years), with a strong focus on Corporate Sales & Room Sales.
• Proven track record in achieving corporate sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
