Main Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest queries and concerns
• Manage the sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies
• Oversee food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management
• Manage the hotel's budget, ensuring that expenses are kept to a minimum
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
