The Café Service Staff will be responsible for assisting in serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires a customer-friendly attitude, teamwork, and attention to hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:1. Serving & Customer Assistance
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
Ensure tables are set up properly and assist customers in seating.
Respond promptly to customer queries and requests.
Provide recommendations on menu items when needed.
2. Helping with Café Operations
Assist in preparing and packing food and beverages.
Refill water, condiments, and other essentials.
Support kitchen staff with basic preparation tasks when required.
Ensure timely clearing and resetting of tables.
Handle billing and payments as needed.
3. Housekeeping & Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
Clean tables, chairs, and floors regularly.
Ensure all service areas are well-stocked and organized.
Dispose of waste properly and adhere to hygiene regulations.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines as per health standards.
Requirements:
Prior experience in hospitality or café service is a plus.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
