Hotel Services Assistant - Bank

Spire Little Aston Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Services Assistant to join the team on a bank / Ad hoc basis. In this role you will be responsible for delivery of high quality catering / housekeeping services to the hospital and auxiliary buildings.

As part of our commitment to both patients and colleagues we are looking for a Hotel Services Assistant to join our wonderful team. You will provide an outstanding service to our patients by ensuring they receive a first class service, this may be delivering food and beverages to patients rooms, or responding to ad hoc requests from patients. Or preparation of cold foods such as sandwiches and Salads / cold meals. Maintain the restaurant and restocking crockery and cutlery.

Duties and responsibilities:

Using your previous waitressing / waiting experience, you will ensuring meals and beverages are delivered to patients’ rooms

Responding to any ad-hoc requests from patients to ensure their comfortable stay

Assisting the catering and housekeeping teams with day-to-day duties

you must be able to work on a rota basis across Monday to Sunday

Who we're looking for:

You will have experience in other catering / housekeeping environments

A customer service-focused approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential

Working Hours : Monday - Sunday You will work both earlies and lates - a mixture of 06.30 - 14.30 / 12.00 - 20.00 / 17.00 - 23.00

Contract Type : Bank / Ad-Hoc
