Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and service.
• Ensure dishwashing and sanitization procedures are followed correctly.
• Handle and dispose of kitchen waste in a hygienic manner.
• Stock supplies such as clean utensils, dishes, and glassware in proper areas.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently.
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
Support overall kitchen operations during peak hours.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a steward in a hotel, restaurant, or food service setting.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a hospitality or F&B environment.
• Knowledge of basic food safety protocols.

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹168,000.00 per month
