Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Product Development and Contracting Staff. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and enhancing holiday packages, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Development: Research and analyze market trendsto identify potential new holiday destinations and experiences. Collaborate with internal teams to develop unique and competitive holiday packages. Design itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and dining options.
• Contracting: Negotiate contracts with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other suppliers. Ensure that all contracts meet the company’sstandards and provide the best value for money. Maintain and update the supplier database.
• Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliersto secure favorable terms and conditions. Conduct regular performance reviews with key suppliers to ensure service quality. Handle any issues or disputes that may arise with suppliers.
• Pricing and Cost Control: Work with the finance team to develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability. Monitor and control coststo ensure that holiday packages remain within budget. Evaluate financial performance of products and adjust strategies as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality and suitability of new products. Monitor customer feedback and reviewsto continually improve product offerings. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
• Marketing Support: Provide detailed product information to the marketing team for promotional materials. Assist in creating compelling content for brochures, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on product performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
