• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, handling payments and maintaining up-to-date records
• Offer expert knowledge on local attractions, restaurants, and events, enhancing the guest experience
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of hotel services
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency in using hotel software systems, including property management systems and point-of-sale terminals

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
