Job Description
· Coordination with front office for information on departure rooms and handling of clean rooms.
· Receive complaints on maintenance and housekeeping.
· Attend to phone calls received at HK desk.
· Handle guest requests.
· Maintaining records related to day to day housekeeping operations.
· Should have good telephonic etiquette.
· Prepare the VIP amenities list.
· Coordinate with front office department.
· Should have complete information related to all rooms in the hotel.
· Follow up with concerned departments in case of guest requests/ complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
