Housekeeping Host Role Summary

A key member of our hotel-dodas-palace team, the Housekeeping Host is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly and professional interactions. This individual will be the primary point of contact for guests requiring housekeeping services, ensuring timely and efficient room cleaning, addressing complaints, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about hotel housekeeping services and policies.

• Housekeeping Coordination: Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely and efficient room cleaning, meeting quality standards.

• Guest Requests: Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services, addressing and resolving any issues related to housekeeping.

• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of room status and communicate with the front desk regarding room availability.

• Cleanliness and Organization: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of common areas and public spaces.
