he Fern Residency, Yeshwanthpur is looking for House Keeping GSA.
• Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, according to hotel standards.
• Make beds with fresh linens and towels.
• Dust and polish furniture, and arrange it properly.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors.
• Empty trash containers and ashtrays.
• Perform evening turndown service, including closing curtains and tidying rooms.
• Restocking and Supply Management:
• Replenish guest amenities, such as toiletries, soaps, and paper products.
• Restock beverages and food items in the minibar.
• Ensure that maid carts are stocked with necessary cleaning supplies for the shift.
• Guest Services:
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Address guest queries and complaints with professionalism.
• Provide information on hotel services and facilities.
• Reporting and Communication:
• Inspect rooms and public areas for any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or damaged furniture, and report them to the supervisor.
• Hand over any lost and found items to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with the front office and laundry department as needed.
• Safety and Standards:
• Comply with all health and safety regulations when handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
• Adhere to company guidelines and environmental awareness practices.
• Ensure guest rooms are safe, clean, and welcoming.
