Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a household. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, manage staff, handle maintenance, and provide top-notch hospitality and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day household operations and maintenance.
Supervise domestic staff, including housekeeping, drivers, and security personnel.
Manage household budgets, expenses, and vendor payments.
Coordinate repairs, renovations, and service providers as needed.
Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure the home is well-stocked.
Organize and support household events and guest management.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort within the premises.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in house or estate management.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic administrative tools.
Trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
