Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized House Manager to oversee daily household operations, ensure smooth functioning, and maintain a comfortable, well-managed environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and at least 2 years of relevant experience in household or facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily household activities and staff (housekeeping, maintenance, security, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers for maintenance and purchases
Manage household budgets, inventories, and expense tracking
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the property
Handle guest arrangements, events, and scheduling as needed
Oversee repairs, renovations, and maintenance work
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle staff and household operations efficiently
Basic knowledge of budgeting and inventory management
Flexible, trustworthy, and discreet
Working Hours: Full-time, 6 days a week
