Position Overview
Behind every seamless stay is a team making it happen — and you’re right at the heart of it.
As a House Person at QT Wellington, you’ll keep the engine room of the hotel running smoothly. From linen logistics to keeping back-of-house and public spaces spotless, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Housekeeping team and ensuring every guest experience feels effortless.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain linen levels across floors and storage areas, ensuring everything is stocked and service-ready.
Collect and manage soiled linen, rubbish and guest laundry with care and efficiency.
Keep service areas clean, organised and fully stocked at all times.
Assist with cleaning public areas and maintaining presentation standards throughout the hotel.
Support room upkeep tasks including mattress turning and air vent cleaning.
Monitor and report maintenance issues, safety hazards or anything out of place.
